So I may have finally figured out how to capture both stills and video at the same time. I once again attached the Canon Vixia G70 videocamera to the monopod, so that isn’t really new, I’ve adjusted my technique at bit. The back and forth you see is when I reframe with the Z9 and the 400mm lens. So sorry for that. But everything was nice and level today, bot the stills and the video. When it gets kind of crazy, that’s when I was shooting with a D500 with an 18mm to 140 lens when a pack of runners were going by while holding the 400mm and the G70, I need another hand. Especially at the end, plus I was trying to avoid getting thrown up on. Not much editing, pretty much whatever clips I shot are here, so it is kind of long. 4 races total, so it was a long day.

I also had a go pro on a light stand to that also got similar content, much more of the chaos at the end when I was walking around, if your a runner this may appeal to you, if you’re not I don’t know.
