3 Potatoes (Aloo)
Fennel seeds (saunf) 1Tsp
Coriander seeds 1 Tsp
Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
Long red chili 4 -5
Oil 1/2 cup
1 small Onion (chopped)
Cumin half tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt Half tsp (or as per taste)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
Green chilies 3 to 4
Fresh Coriander
Water half cup
Direction:
Peeled and cut potato slices, and soak for 10 minutes in water.
-In a pan roast fennel, coriander, cumin seeds and long red chili,and grind them.
-In a wok add oil, and heat it.
-Add Cumin seeds,and chopped onion and cook.
-Now add tomatoes and mix them well.
-Add salt and turmeric .
-Add potatoes, fry on high flame for 2 min.
-Now add water and mix, Cover and cook for 2 to 3 min on medium flame.
-Add water and mix , cover & cook on medium flame for 2 min
-Remove cover, add ground masala and mix. add some tomato slices.
-Cover and cook for another 2 min.
Now add some Green chilies and fresh coriander...
-And its ready to Serve ...Enjoy:)

Avoid overcrowding the pan
