I’m Max Moritz, and in this practice we combine an activating Breath of Fire (also known as Kapalabhati pranayama) with a grounding Coherent Breathing sequence to leave you both energized and calm.
🔥 Part 1 – Breath of Fire (Kapalabhati)
Short, powerful exhales through the nose to wake up your system, boost circulation and increase mental clarity.
🌬 Part 2 – Coherent Breathing
Slow, even breathing to regulate your nervous system, balance your heart rate, and bring your mind back into focus.
This is perfect as a morning breathwork practice, a midday reset, or a quick way to shift out of overthinking and back into your body.
⚠️ If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular or respiratory issues, high blood pressure, or any medical condition, please consult your doctor before doing Breath of Fire or intense breathwork. Always listen to your body — if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, slow down or return to normal breathing.
