If you are looking to train as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in a structured, supportive and practical way, this course is designed for you.

Our 9 month in person training includes 120 hours of classroom teaching, with one module per month, plus structured home study to deepen your understanding and confidence. From the very first weekend, you begin practising trance in a safe and supported environment, building real skills step by step.

SFTA training is known for its breadth of practical techniques. You will learn mindful hypnosis, positive regression therapy, parts therapy, urge surfing, Solution Walking Therapy, and hypnoesitherapy for pain relief. We also teach the structured integration of hypnosis with Solution Focused Brief Therapy, alongside understanding how to work effectively with neurodiversity.

Students also have free access to The Hive, our online learning platform, which includes recordings, resources and detailed case studies covering both common and more complex client presentations.

The course is accredited by the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, giving you recognised professional status on qualification.
