Описание: I just taught this class to a group of 20 teachers from all over Southern California who came to Windward school for the Design Maker Colloquium . This is my third year of leading a workshop. This year I changed my project from tin cans to cardboard. This made it more accessible for children of younger age who had trouble bending bailing wire. With this project they first make a mechanism and then determine what it is. I like this approach because the movement is so evocative.
