It was a brilliant session with insights from DLC Europe on what it actually takes to unlock value from data in the real estate sector, especially within PBSA.
We explored a live case study with Mezzino x Harrison Street, looked at the practical challenges around data acquisition and energy controls, and shared how Asset and Development Managers are using Utopi data in their day-to-day.
