The BEST Marble Cake - Easy to Make, Soft, Moist, and Incredibly Delicious! Perfect for Breakfast, Brunch, or Dessert! 💕
Ingredients:
380g (3 cups + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
12g (3 tsp) baking powder
4 medium-sized eggs
250g (1 1/4 cup) sugar
10g (2.5 tsp) vanilla sugar
220ml (1 cup - 1 tbsp) sunflower oil
230ml (1 cup) milk
100g (3.5 oz) Greek yogurt
30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
40ml (3 tbsp) milk
130g (4.5 oz) heavy cream
110g (4 oz) dark chocolate (65% cocoa)
80g (2.5 oz) white chocolate
Instructions:
1. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the oil, milk, and Greek yogurt to the egg mixture and mix until combined. Gradually add the flour mixture.
5. Stir the batter a few times with a spatula to ensure everything is well mixed.
6. Divide the batter in half. Mix one portion with the cocoa powder and 40ml (3 tbsp) of milk.
7. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) with the fan on.
8. Cover the bottom of the pan with two layers of the white batter.
9. Alternate between the white and cocoa batters to create a marble effect, as shown in the video.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
11. Using a double boiler, heat the dark chocolate and heavy cream until the chocolate is melted. Pour it over the cake.
12. Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top for decoration.
