This video shows a full lap driven for the first time during a trackday in a BMW E36 325i, clocking a 3:00 minute lap time.
No big aero, no fancy setup – just seat time, consistency, and pure driving.
The car runs a KW Competition 2-way suspension and a 330i brake setup, no limited-slip differential, no ABS, and no ESP.
There are no known performance modifications aimed at making the car faster.
It’s a true low-budget build, developed with one clear goal: gaining experience and track time as preparation for RCN at the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
This lap is not about chasing records – it’s about learning, reliability, and extracting the most from a simple, honest package.
No electronic aids. Just the driver and the car.
