The Salton Sea Paramotor event happens usually the first weekend of February every year. This was the first time I had the opportunity to attend the event, and it certainly did not disappoint.
Hundred of Paramotor Pilots from the across the continent gathered at this below sea level location which is one of the few places you can all day when the weather is right.
I had made arrangements with the good people at Midwest Parajet http://www.midwestparajet.com/ to go do some foot launch tandem training. Even though I have been flying tandems for a couple of years I had never done any foot launch tandems, and wanted to add that to my tool box of tricks I can use to help others learn how to fly!
