Titanic (Main Theme Suite) | Music by James Horner

Описание: Solemn and tragic, but also grandiose and exciting, the Main Theme that James Horner composed for the Titanic fits with the proportions and magnitude of both the ship and the movie itself. Mostly identified with the bagpipe motif and also the slow and dramatic female vocaless singing (which is actually a reprised section from Rose's theme), the amount of emotional weight conveyed is hardly matched by other scores. Without a doubt, this is one of the most moving themes in cinema history.
I'm honestly surprised by the amount of variations featured in the score, and overwhelmed by how well the leitmotifs fits both the more tragic tone in "Titanic Suite" and "A Life So Changed", the mysterious and evokative tone from "2 1/2 Miles Down", the exciting and breathtaking vibe from "Southampton" and "Take Her to Sea, Mr. Murdoch" and finally the emotionally moving and nostalgic climax featured in "Epilogue - The Deep and Timeless Sea". Each one of the tracks I used in this montage is a testament of the incredible and unique talent of the late James Horner, who blessed us with such a powerful and gorgeous soundtrack for the ages.
