We're in a series on the Humanity of Christ. Through this series we are demonstrating that Christ was fully God and fully man. In this lesson, we're going to cover Christ's human birth, human development, human traits, and His sinless life. Christ physically went through all that we experience as humans. He experienced pain, sorrow, all human emotions, and then He died. The God who created the universe, who established the laws of the universe, condescended and placed Himself in humanity. Christ, the second person of the Godhead, permanently joined the human race. He will always be God, He will always retain His divinity, but He will also always retain His humanity. We'll be able to relate to Him, and through this, He touches humanity because He loves us and wants relationship with us.
