Hawaii Fire Department has open its doors for all of you to see what it takes to be a firefighter on Hawaii Island. Recruit class is no joke and being able to embrace the hardships, work together and become a well-oiled machined is what these training officers look forward to seeing these men and women accomplish at the end of this year-long training.
🔥 Recruit Class 53 completed one of the toughest challenges in their training—Swim Week! For the first time ever, we captured every moment, from rigorous tests to intense swim drills. 🌊 Episode 6 of Fire Academy will dive into all 5 grueling days they endured.
