I stopped exercising and gained most of my weight back. I knew if I started jumping rope again i would lose the weight. I lost weight and belly fat in my other jump rope videos. I wanted to step it up and do a 30-minute workout. 30 minutes of just jump roping!!! I first needed to find the time to work out and a place to do it in without disturbing others.
