5 Tips to Enjoy the Holidays & Reduce Stress!

Описание: The holiday season often causes much stress & anxiety for many people--from Christmas decorations and gift shopping, gift wrapping & giving, hosting holiday parties, attending festivities, the sugary Christmas treats & stress of gaining weight, dealing with difficult family members and in-laws, feeling lonely and depressed, possibly dealing with grief...this time of year is packed with a lot of potential stressors that can be difficult to manage.

This isn't what Christmas is about at all though and I want to help you have a stress-free, enjoyable Christmas this year by encouraging you to be just a bit more aware of yourself and how you go about this busy month! :)
Today I share with you 5 tips that I think will really help us all be present during this month, so that we can do our best to enjoy our family and friends and all the things we have going on.
