1. Using multiple accounts
2. Using another person’s account
3. Sharing your account with others
4. Not using the legal name
5. False account information(e.g. age, gender, nationality)

Qualifications

1. Under the age of 16(Middle school students not allowed)
2. Low level of English causing communication difficulties

Clothes

1. Underwear only or partially or fully nude
2. Wearing only a white sleeveless shirt
3. Wearing only a brassiere

Device settings(camera and mic)

1. Unstable network connection
2. Turned-off cameras or not fully showing your face
3. More than one person showing or taking part in the conversation
4. Screen moving
5. Not wearing headsets or earphones, or background noise distracting the conversation
6. Too dark room or backlight making it difficult to see your face

Manners

1. Doing other things in 1:1 conversations(e.g. driving, eating, smoking, watching TV, talking with others outside of the screen, lying down, etc.)
2. Interrupting hosts from leading the conversation
3. Forcing others for their personal information(e.g. phone number, social media account, location, job, etc.)
4. Forcing others to certain actions, ideas, or religions
5. Being high on drugs or too drunk

*Sensitive Content*

1. Showing things that might disgust others
2. Hateful or violent remarks or actions
3. Sexually offensive, harassing, or explicit remarks or actions
4. Threatening remarks or actions
5. Sending dangerous or unpleasant content in the chat(e.g. links to scams, viruses, phishing websites, malware, or explicit, disgusting, or disturbing content)

Misuse of the system

1. Misuse of the ticket system
2. False report of other users
