Aleks is a 29-year-old young American aesthetician and former male model.
She was born in Ohio. She was a 6.1-foot-tall model when she was a man. Behind that image she was struggling with dysphoria. Because she was born through a rare and highly invasive surgery called zift. The way she was born caused a hormonal and genetic change in the womb, which caused her to have gender dysphoria. So she began her transition at the age of 23. She shares her transformation on social media. "I highly recommend HRT to any trans person. Yes, it is totally worth it." she said.
