Breadsticks:
1 cup warm water
2 TBSP butter
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 Cup sugar
3 Cups all purpose flour
3 tsp bread machine yeast
Garlic salt
Melted butter for brushing breadsticks

Add ingredients in the order listed and start the dough cycle on bread machine.
When done, transfer to a lightly floured surface, punch air out of dough, shape into a ball. Cut the ball into 12-16 even pieces and form into breadsticks.
Place on baking sheets, and let it do one final rise, about 30 minutes, covered.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes, until 190-200 degrees in center.
