Gravity Fit T Pro Review For Golfers

Описание: This video is a review and demonstration of the gravity fit T pro training tool. This is a tool used for many rotational athletes to help engage/activate what they call the upper core. As a golf strength & conditioning coach I do use this product with my clients. I think the big thing to understand when using this product and just like any other client, what are the pros and cons of the product or how could it potentially hurt what you are trying to achieve.

During this video, I show how to properly put on the T-Pro, how to properly use the product and different drills that you can use with this product. Overall, I think this is a good product as it can help individuals use muscles they are not used to, especially de-conditoned people. You can work on thoracic rotation and disassociation with this as well postural awareness with this product. They do say that you can use this while chipping/swinging your club. I usually leave this up to my clients swing coaches. Be aware how the band could give you feedback to keep your elbow straight on down swing or it may cause you to bring it into your body which is not a position you want to be in.
