It was a video I made around May 2020. I was call to set up a distillation equipment and a crystallization equipment.
Thanks to my client for letting me film my process, and I will provide their contact upon request.
The equipment I used in this video is call "Filter Reactor". It is a jacketed reactor with a very fine filter plate on the bottom. Selling price for a complete set is around $26,000, shipping and duty is not included.
This equipment can make 20 kg of CBD isolate in 4 hr shift. So 40 kg per shift.
The CBD isolate was tested 99.6% potency. It still got some impurity, but can be wash away by adding more wash cycle.
