Lets see of we can achieve a passive system with this APU. I tried this before with the 4750G and that did not end well (no surprise this that CPU pulls about 88 Watts)
This time we are using a "35 watt" apu though as we know 35 Watt is a bit rich since its basically the 4300G with a slightly lower base clock.
