Bhojshala Case Hearing Resumes as MP High Court Opens ASI Survey Report

Описание: Following a directive from the Supreme Court of India, the hearing in the historic Bhojshala case in Dhar will now proceed. The Indore High Court will open the 98-day scientific survey report conducted by the Archaeological Survey of India and hear the case based on its findings.

The sealed portions of the ASI report will be made public in court for the first time during today’s proceedings. The Supreme Court had earlier directed the Madhya Pradesh High Court to continue the hearing within three weeks, lifting the stay imposed after the first survey. The outcome of the legal process will now be determined based on the survey findings and subsequent arguments.
