Join me and my brother clankers in the 41st millenium, as we cleanse Genestealers from a Space Hulk in The Holy Emperor's name name for the glory of the chapter! This is Space Hulk: Deathwing!

Space Hulk: Deathwing is a first-person shooter set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe that has been the most immersive 40k experience I've had from a Games Workshop game so far.

We take on the role of a Dark Angels Brother Librarian with a small squad of Space Marine Terminators on a mission to discover the secrets of a space hulk called Olethros; but we're met by fierce resistence from a Genestealer cult that is standing in our way.

Other than that, I don't really know a lot about it! I'd love you to join me as I fumble my way around in the darkness, just trying not to dishonour the Chapter. I'm not very good at this sort of thing, but it's fun. I intend to complete the entire game, but I don't know how many episodes that will take.

It reminds me a lot of the remakes of the Doom games, nerve fraying stuff!

All my videos are unedited and no commentary, so no active mic, no camera. Much like in the void of deep space, in a no commentary longplay -- nobody can hear you scream. (Except perhaps my long-suffering neighbours, but they'll get over it)
The point is that you get much more immersion from the gameplay, and feel the tension of the setting much more keenly.
