7 Months Syntropic System update ... the frost did hit us in the end!

The timing of our management in the syntropic system is paramount, it can literally make or brake/break our food-forest. I've been monitoring closely the system and made a few interventions in winter, as plants were showing me that they could grow, if managed.
I did go ahead with the management, but always with the "fear" that the frost could come. When I thought we were safe...
The frost came!!!
It hit -3C (26F), and the grasses were very crunchy...
But the system, could not care less. Sure a few banana and arrowroot leaves were burnt, and some mexican sunflowers had their tops clipped...
The system is now in full growth mode, while the entire landscape is still stagnant. I reckon with our management (and some hand watering) we will get a month or two more growth than everywhere else - and that is a win!!!
Timing is everything!!!
