Hey Girls! In this video I am joined by Cassie Lopas who is a Licensed Physical Therapist (& an avid runner)! Cassie is going to show you her top 6 best pre-run dynamic movement stretches that should take less than 5 minutes and be done before every run!
Dynamic stretches should be done PRIOR to running to get the muscles warm & thought of as a way to prepare the muscles for action.

1. Seated hip mobility
2. Walking on toes & heels
3. “On the horse” // “Off the horse”
4. Active hamstring stretch
5. Power skipping
6. Leg Swings
All exercises (aside from #1) can be performed x15ft down and back.
