In this video I reflect on a question I’ve been thinking about lately: do people stop being performative once they learn to love themselves, or does self-love develop after we stop performing for others?
While looking at my YouTube analytics and reflecting on conversations from Threads, I started noticing something interesting about authenticity, self-acceptance, and the way people respond when you simply show up as yourself. I also share what I’ve learned from the videos that performed best on my channel and how being natural and conversational seems to resonate more than trying to follow a script.
