Apparently, I was brushing too hard and that caused dental issues. My dentist recommended periodontist, Dr. Levine. Thanks to Dr. Levine, he took care of my receding gums with a connective tissue graft. In addition, he performed a frenectomy and used advanced healing techniques, like using the plasma from by own blood to help with the recovery.
