How I deal with Copyright Claims

Описание: As has been discussed a lot recently, making educational videos about music on YouTube is a minefield when it comes to navigating copyright! Using select clips of copyrighted music SHOULD be legal in an educational setting thanks to the doctrine of fair use (or fair dealings in the UK) but in practice it is a mess.
