2 suspects indicted for attempted murder in downtown Cleveland mass shooting

Описание: The two men arrested for the mass shooting that took place in Cleveland's Warehouse District earlier this month have been indicted by a Cuyahoga County grand jury.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley announced on Wednesday that 25-year-old Jaylon Jennings and 24-year-old Kevin Del Valle-Salaman were indicted on multiple counts, including attempted murder and felonious assault. The pair will be arraigned at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center at a later date.

Jennings was indicted on the following:

Nine Counts of Attempted Murder
18 Counts of Felonious Assault
Two counts of Having a Weapon Under Disability
One count of Grand Theft
One count of Receiving Stolen Property
Del Valle-Salaman was indicted on the following:

Nine counts of Attempted Murder
18 counts of Felonious Assault
One count of Obstructing Justice
“Guns are destroying this community one shot at a time. People in this county should be able to pump gas or enjoy a night out without the fear of being shot,” said O’Malley in a statement. “The idiot who fired into the crowd on West 6th Street will answer for his actions, so must everyone else who is pointing guns at innocent people.”
