Hello my🫶🏼Team! Happy to enter 2024 with this NEW 50 MIN FULL BODY PILATES HIIT Workout!
Start your 2024 journey to weight loss, optimised fitness with this 100% bodyweight routine! There are 50 no repeat exercises (45 seconds each) which can be modified to YOUR✅ level! I have included a few CARDIO exercises to keep your heart rate up, increase CALORIE / FAT BURN and lots of LOW IMPACT HIGH INTENSITY muscle tone and strength training exercises to help you improve your general fitness level and work out FULL BODY and certain areas that require extra attention:
• increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abs, lower back, hips and glutes
• improved posture
• rehabilitation or prevention of injuries related to muscle imbalances
• improved physical coordination and balance
• improved flexibility

► DURATION: 50 minutes
► TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
► MUSCLES WORKED: full body
► INTENSITY: medium
► CALORIES BURNT: 430-510
► EQUIPMENT: no equipment
► DIFFICULTY: all levels
