Traditional structural inspections rely heavily on manual visual checks, subjective guesswork, and handwritten notes that leave no traceable digital record.


Enter CorrSens. We are a technology-first company dedicated to replacing outdated inspection methods with data-driven, actionable insights.


In this video, we introduce InfraTwin, our comprehensive digital platform that handles the entire workflow from raw structural inspection to repair strategy. InfraTwin transforms point cloud data from drones and mobile scanners into a living digital twin by automatically aligning LiDAR, thermal imaging, photogrammetry, and BIM layers into a single, navigable 3D space. Engineers can digitally outline defects like cracks and spalling on the LiDAR scan, run automated condition scoring, and log results from 13 different standard Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) directly onto specific structural elements.
