Dry Ingredients:
3/4 cup (94g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (41g) unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch, or 1/4 tsp. salt

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 cup oil (80ml) (olive oil, canola/vegetable, or coconut oil can be used)
2 large eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup (94g) granulated sugar, or light brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk, at room temperature

Lavender Buttercream Frosting
1/2 cup (113.4g) unsalted butter, room temperature
3 cups (360g) powdered or confectioners sugar

1-2 tbsp. milk of your choice
