300g sweet biscuits/cookies
150g butter
Cheesecake:
500g cream cheese
1 & 1/2 TBS gelatin
1 cup water
2/3 cups sugar
1 TSP vanilla extract
Strawberries
Jelly
160g strawberry flavoured jelly
1 & 1/2 cups boiling water
2 TSB gelatine
