In my first semester in College, I earned a 3.4 GPA, which, as many of you know, is below the average medical school matriculant. However, after I implemented these 2 steps, I obtained a 4.0 GPA for the rest of my semesters and the dean's honors for every semester. In this video, I discuss how Active Recall and Spaced Repetition helped me throughout my undergraduate career.
