🥪 How to Make Cheesy Egg Toast Sandwich:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, and spices well.
2️⃣ Pour the mixture into a pan and cook until slightly set and golden.
3️⃣ Place the toast brea on top of the eggs.
4️⃣ Add sausage/ham and sliced cheese on the toast.
5️⃣ Gently roll and wrap the sandwich as shown in the video.
6️⃣ Top with sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7️⃣ Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
