Bonde Recipe ingredients

১.৫ কাপ বেসন / 1.5 cup gram flour
১ কাপ জল / 1 cup water
১/৩ চা চামচ বেকিং পাউডার / 1/3 tsp baking powder
রেফিনেড তেল / Refined oil
লাল ফুড রং / red food colour
২ কাপ চিনি / 2 cup sugar
১.৫ কাপ জল / 1.5 cup water
১ চা চামচ ঘি / 1 tsp ghee
কেশর / Kesar / saffron
১/২ চা চামচ গোলাপ জল / 1/2 tsp rose water
১/২ লেবুর রস / 1/2 lemon juice
রেখে দিন ২ মিনিট কম আঁচে / Keep 2 minute in low heat
