The Vocio brisket, originating in Argentina is perfect from this grill. There is something amazing about cooking with live fire, and tending the grill to get the temp just right so it cooks to meat to perfect.  @tmgpits 

In today's video I cooked the incredible Vocio Brisket (also known as the naval brisket) and I honestly have never eaten such a juicy favourfull piece of beef, it was stunning. The TMG Santa Maria Grill is perfect for this sort of cut and the high heat renders the fat in the cut and add a beautiful crust and smokey flavour to the meat.
