Everyone has sinned and transgressed the law of God, and therefore everyone deserves to go to hell.

But God and Jesus Christ loved (and love) us so much, that Jesus Christ the Son of God died on the cross for your sins and mine, in fact, for the sins of the whole world! And Jesus Christ was buried, and He rose again the third day!

Jesus Christ is ALIVE! And He is perfect and sinless.

He told us how to be saved in John 6:47.

John 6:47 KJV:
(47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.)

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, trusting in Him alone for your Salvation, not in your works or anything else, trust in Christ alone, and you are saved and forgiven of all your sins, past, present, and future.

Once you believe on Christ alone, believing and trusting in who He is and what He has done (dying for the sins of the world, being buried, and rising again the third day), you are eternally saved, and can never lose your Salvation; once you believe on Christ alone, you become a child of God forever.

After being saved you should love, love God and love your neighbour as yourself.

Good works are good, but they don't save you, Christ saves you.

[While we should walk in the Spirit after being saved, this doesn't mean that we CANNOT walk in the flesh.

We shouldn't walk in the flesh but in the Spirit, see Galatians 5.

We cannot cease completely from sin in this life, even thoughts can be sinful, and we do, whether willful or not, sin even after being saved.

Sinning doesn't mean that you aren't saved, or that you have lost your Salvation, see John 10:28-29 (I think) KJV.

We should strive to please God and do what is right, but we can stumble, we can fall, we can sin, but God still loves us.

Don't let lies cause you fear, neither let lies cause you to become prideful.
But if you do, repent; not to be saved or stay saved or become saved again, but because it is good and right.
