Target focus means you keep your eyes locked on the threat and not the front sight or red dot—when shooting a pistol, especially with a red dot sight. With a red dot, the dot appears on the same plane as your target, so you can stay focused on the threat and let the dot float over it. This helps with speed, accuracy, and better awareness, especially in real-life situations.
I go over demonstrations on various yardages, to ensure you have a understanding and can correct your own deficiencies.
