Описание:
Lie on your side with your knees bent at about 90 degrees and stacked on top of each other. Place your arms straight out in front of you, palms together. Take a slow inhale, then as you exhale, open your top arm up and reach it back behind you. Let your chest rotate, but keep your hips still—imagine they’re glued in place and stacked like two pancakes. Don’t let your top knee slide or your hips roll with you. Pause when you feel the stretch across your chest and upper back, breathe, then slowly return to the start.
