January 2010 saw some of the biggest waves to hit Maui in a while. JAWS was raging up to 35 feet in this video. This captures both Hookipa surfing (15 footers) and the awesome JAWS tow in surfing (35 footers) with all the helicopters, jet skis and onlookers! What these guys create is the 'essence of sport merging into art'.
While the resolution on my camera isn't 'stellar' by any means, this footage will get your blood pumping!
