Mayurbhanj Witness Murder Case | Youth Beaten to Death After Court Testimony | Odisha News

Описание: A shocking incident has come to light from Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. A youth named Kahnu Madhei was allegedly beaten to death in Gadigaon village under Khunta police station limits after returning from court where he had gone to give witness in a murder case.

As per reports, Kahnu was the only eyewitness in the previous murder case of Bapi Kohlar. After giving testimony in court, a dispute started in the village with relatives of the accused who are currently in jail. The situation turned violent and around five youths chased and brutally assaulted him.

He reportedly tried to save himself by entering a house, but the accused followed him inside, dragged him out and attacked him mercilessly. Khunta police reached the spot and started investigation, while the accused are currently absconding.

This incident has created tension in the area. Further investigation is underway.
