This was supposed to be a direct flight from Erbil to London Gatwick with Flyerbil, as advertised, but that’s not true—it’s false advertising. The flight makes a stopover in Ukraine for over two hours.
There are numerous issues with this airline: the flight was delayed by 3 hours and 45 minutes with no responsibility taken, no clear instructions, and no apology. The takeoff was unprofessional, coming dangerously close to the ground within 100 yards and nearly falling from the sky—it was terrifying. The landing was rough, with too much turbulence. Additionally, there was No TV and no in-flight entertainment, the seats were narrow and uncomfortable, the food was poor, and many pieces of baggage, including mine, were damaged. The airline simply doesn’t care.
