This is the easiest method to resolve your water in the passenger floorboard problem for a Porsche Cayenne. Vehicle referenced in the video is a 2012 Porsche Cayenne Base Model 3.6L V6. However this should work for all Porsche Cayenne models.
9 times out of 10, the flap that allows condensation from the air conditioner to drain out of the car, gets stuck shut. Therefore the AC condensation backs up into your car and drips into your passenger floorboard. this car is known to get the rain drains clogged and I do show you in this video where those can be checked however to reach those you have to go behind the inner fender liner. but before doing that, the best solution is to check the AC condensation drain flap first. No tools required.
Without using any tools... this is the easiest way to fix your problem.
WARNING: BEFORE YOU STICK YOUR HAND ANYWHERE NEAR THE ENGINE BAY, MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS ABSOLUTELY COLD AND HAS NOT BEEN RUNNING WITHIN SEVERAL HOURS. YOU CAN SEVERELY BURN YOUR HAND OR ARM ON THE EXHAUST AS YOU REACH DOWN TO LIFT UP THE RUBBER FLAP.
