Project Sampoorna 2.0 | Looking Ahead Together, with Purpose and Joy

Описание: Since 2024, Project Sampoorna has been on a powerful journey—one that is reshaping what learning truly means in its next phase. As part of this, we recently hosted our third Project Sampoorna 2.0 Retreat in Ranchi, from July 7–9. Over the course of three immersive days, 22 partner organisations came together to:

• Reflect on our collective journey through Sampoorna 2.0
• Reimagine systems to strengthen collaboration and shared impact
• Deepen alignment on our guiding values, shared vision, and theory of change
• Co-create actionable pathways for holistic child development

At the heart of these conversations was a shared commitment, to embed Social Emotional Wellbeing into the very fabric of education in Jharkhand, nurturing inclusive, joyful, and equitable learning environments where every child can truly thrive.

Through Project Sampoorna 2.0, we are not just building a narrative strategy for deeper SEL integration, socio-cultural contextualisation, and increased family and community engagement, we are also building trust, forging stronger relationships, and celebrating the collective spirit that drives our work.

The retreat was a gentle yet powerful reminder, While the road ahead may be complex, we do not walk it alone. We move forward together, with purpose, with joy, and with an unwavering commitment to the children, communities, and futures we are reimagining.
