This is the famous "napkin speech" that President Funny Valentine gives in Part 7 of JoJo. It's pretty iconic so I wanted to do it justice!! I used the same voice I used originally for Valentine, back on my first fandub, since it was so popular. To help me, my lovely and talented friend Kira Buckland voiced Lucy Steel in this video!
