3 tbsp cocoa powdxer
1/2 cup skimmed milk powder

1. For the filling: In a pan over low heat, toast butter and kataifi until golden. Then transfer to a bowl. Let it cool down.
2. Add melted, pistachio butter with chopped pistachios, melted white chocolate and tahini sauce. Mix to combine. Scoop about 50 grams each ball. Place in pan. Freeze for about 15 to 20 minutes.
