A couple weeks ago in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, I visited a fair in the city centre called the Hippie Fair. In a park next to this fair [Américo Renné Giannetti Municipal Park] there was a group of people dancing to soul music.
Later I found out that this was part of a movement in Belo Horizonte called "Movimento Soul BH" led by Walter Pinheiro.
