Recruiting is TRULY a team sport, and as such, many hiring managers are willing to post their open roles, invite job seekers to connect directly, and will make time to talk to potential candidates.
So should you make contact with potential hiring managers? ABSOLUTELY! But PLEASE do it strategically.
