This was my week long camping trip in Yosemite National Park, spanning the July 4th long weekend.
Spent a night after a long drive just outside the park in the Goat Meadow Snow Play area
Then, the next day, I entered the park via the South entrance into Wawona and spent the following 2 nights at Tamarack Flat Campground before moving into Yosemite Valley.
Contra to my expectation, surprisingly the park was not too busy during this period.
Obviously I saw all the main sights and attractions in addition to doing several wonderful hikes, like the Mist Trail to Vernal Fall and the more strenuous hike up to top of Upper Yosemite Fall.
At the end of the week, I drove the Tioga Pass Road and exited via the East station, making one big loop.
Thanks to the National Park Service and the people for keeping the park in wonderful shape.
