This video demonstrates a great way to wash and exfoliate curly/coily hair. Co-wash helps to start the process of removing buildup, while also preserving and adding the necessary moisture and nutrients that our delicate strands require. Shampoo tends to dry our curls out....alot and co-wash will soon become a Holy-Grail for your wash and go's. Exfoliating helps to remove buildup and is crucial to maintain healthy curls because that's where the buildup starts. And to start creating healthy hair, you need a healthy scalp. Healthy scalp=healthy hair.
